Beyond Blessed: Myrtle Beach Condo

There is TONS of space for everyone in this recently renovated 1700+ sqft condo, just two short blocks from the beach in the family-friendly Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. Sit on the enclosed front porch and listen to the waves, or relax in the hammock on the rear porch overlooking the outdoor pool! Located on the 3rd floor in a peaceful condo complex, Beyond Blessed has two bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms. It also boasts vaulted ceilings for a fresh, airy feel. The condo includes a full sized fully-stocked kitchen, front and rear screened porches, an in-room laundry area, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, grilling stations, and two sun-decks.

Situated In the family friendly Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach, Beyond Blessed is less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean and a short drive to Tanger Outlets & Broadway at the Beach. The condo is three blocks from famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar and five Blocks from Apache Pier.

Beyond Blessed has tons of counter space, and includes several kitchen “extras” like a crock pot, air fryer, toaster, and Foreman Griddle. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats four comfortably. There is a coffee station off the dining room for that first morning cup of brew.

Your stay includes starter packs of laundry pods, dish pods, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Eight sets of towels provided for each stay and linens on each bed. Beach towels are also included. There is an in-room laundry area for your convenience. We also provide a cooler, beach toys and beach umbrella in the condo for guest to use as well as a wagon to take it easily to the shore.

• Service dogs are welcome, but absolutely no cats. The owner is severely allergic to cats.
• Our beachfront location naturally attracts local wildlife, including insects. To manage this, our Homeowners Association (HOA) conducts essential monthly pest control treatments, for which we do not receive advance notice. If pest control arrives during your stay, we kindly ask that you let them in to perform the quick treatment, which usually lasting less than five minutes and helps ensure a comfortable and pest-free environment. • We have a camera on the front porch pointed at the front door. This is the only camera on the property and must stay plugged in for security reasons.
