Our Process for New Home Construction
Phase 1
Intro & Preliminary Pricing
We will schedule an initial call or site meeting to help us understand your goals. Based on this site visit, we will give you a very rough estimation of the price of your home.
Phase 2
Pre-Construction Contract
If you approve the preliminary pricing and decide to move forward with us, we will enter into a Pre-Construction Contract and collect a contract fee. Over the next four weeks, we will use your contract fee to source necessary vendors, develop a more accurate budget, and finalize plans, selections, and infrastructure.
Phase 3
Lender Budget Preparation
If required, we will meet with you to review the majority of your home selections to create a detailed estimate of the build for your lender.
Phase 4
Contract & Infrastructure
During this phase, we are now under contract to build your home! With an initial deposit, we will assist with a variety of pre-build services like driveway and well installation, permitting, home placement, and more. While we can offer these services, we recommend sourcing directly from service providers.
Phase 5
The Build
This is where the fun begins. After much preparation, we will construct your home and work with you to ensure your dreams become a reality.
